To Dutch students in South Africa

As you will have heard the European Union will close its borders for all non-essential travel due to COVID-19 (coronavirus). EU citizens however can return home. We are sure you are in touch with your university in the Netherlands about this and they might have advised or instructed you to come home.

With the rapidly changing developments and while commercial flights are still operational between South Africa and the Netherlands it seems best to advise you to return home to the Netherlands.
